The consultation and team application forms prepare email drafts from your entries. You review the details, open the draft in your email app, and press Send. The website does not send the email or store an inquiry or application record.

The consultation form asks for contact details, care needs, scheduling preferences, and an optional message. The team application asks for contact details, role interest, availability, start timing, experience, training, transportation, work authorization, and optional reference or resume details. Entries remain on the current page. The website does not save them for later.

The team application accepts one PDF CV up to 5 MB. The selected file stays in the current page until you leave; the website does not upload, store, or attach it to your email. Attach the PDF yourself in your email app before sending.

Opening the draft passes your entries to your email app, which may save them under its own settings. Copy message places the email text on your device’s clipboard.

For phone or email inquiries, share your contact details, location, care needs, and preferred schedule. If you are asking for someone else, limit the personal information you share about them.

Do not email diagnoses, medication lists, insurance details, medical records, or other detailed health information.

Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, identity documents, or other information that is not needed for an initial application.

We use your care inquiry to understand your needs, answer questions, and contact you about services and arrangements. We use an application you send to review your stated experience, availability, and qualifications and to contact you about the role.

A request does not confirm an appointment. We must confirm consultation times and care arrangements with you.

Email links open a draft addressed to mshcareinc@gmail.com. You must press Send in your email app. People who manage Morning-Star’s business inbox can read messages sent there.

Your email provider and Morning-Star’s email provider process and store messages under their own privacy terms. Phone links open your calling app; your phone provider handles the call.

Messages may remain in the business inbox and email-provider systems. Contact us to ask who handles your inquiry, how long it is kept, or to request a correction or deletion.

This website does not use advertising tools, session recordings, or visitor accounts. It does not save inquiry details in browser storage.

The service-area map uses Mapbox. When it loads, your browser connects to Mapbox to request map content. Mapbox receives technical information such as your IP address and map requests and may process usage data under its privacy policy. The map does not request your device location or receive your application or consultation details.

Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address and page request, to the service delivering the website. Your browser, phone app, and email app handle information under their own settings and privacy notices.

You can browse without making an inquiry. When contacting us, state whether you prefer a phone or email reply.

Use the contact details below to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss future contact. Do not attach medical records or other sensitive documents.

This notice covers the public website, initial care inquiries, and initial team applications. It does not cover clinical records, employee records, or a patient portal.
